In this three-hour workshop I will help you to build your own halasana box from pine wood. Together we will:

• mark up your desired length

• saw the wood

• drill holes using conical drill bit

• attach parts using glue and wooden nails

• sand box to smooth finish

• take home to stain or paint, or

• stay and polish to a gleam with beeswax
